Sports Played: Football, Track and Field, Coach

High School Honors: Two-year football letter winner. member of PIL Championship team (running back). Two-year track and field letter winner. Tied for first in PIL City Relays high jump and was member of first place relay team; Member of PIL Championship team.

Post High School Career: Played football and wrestled at University of Oregon. Coached wrestling at Madison and Jackson with teams winning three PIL Tournaments. Coached football at Jackson, winning PIL Championship (1977). Head football coach at Portland State University, winning two OCC Championships. Coached German semi-pro team for three years with 33-4 record.
