Commentary:

(Provided by his family) Norm loved baseball. During the depression it was an escape that made him happy. Baseball also provided a way for employment as employers were always looking for players to play on their sponsored teams. Baseball provided Norm with life long friendships and inspired him to succeed in business and life.
