Commentary:

Playing athletics in High School and College prepared me for so many leadership roles in life, some relating to sports, some to my career and some to my personal life. I coached basketball in the Army and my team won the post championship. At my tenure with Ferrum College, a small Liberal Arts School, I coached Golf for two years at the Divisional III Level. Sports prepared me for managerial career positions including District Manager for several different companies, and supervisory positions/department manager. My personal life includes a successful and happy 37-year marriage; sports taught me how to be a true team player.

I enjoy golf and cooking.
