Coached two years at Franklin HS (football, wrestling, track and field). First head football and wrestling coach at Jackson HS. Coached at Oregon College of Education (football) two years; defensive coordinator at Portland State University for seven years. Assistant Director of Athletics for Portland Public Schools eight years and Director of Athletics for Portland Public Schools for seven years. Has served on the Police Activities League (PAL) Board of Directors
