Commentary:
It was such an honor and a privilege to represent Grant in athletics. My inspiration came from many coaches and fellow teammates over the years. I loved being a leader and hoped to inspire those around me to work hard and improve themselves. I loved the sense of community, being a part of a team created. It was a great way to feel a sense of pride and connection. Being an athlete and representing Grant only enriched my school, social and community experience.
