Commentary:
The lessons I learned were the normal — hard work, dedication, and teamwork. These principles have always stayed with me through life, family and my career. Athletics also fueled a lifelong passion for health and fitness that continues today.
I graduated from Portland State University in 1987 with a BS degree in Business Administration Accounting, currently accounting manager for Insitu, a subsidiary of The Boeing Company.
I competed in soccer until age 40, highlight being a win in the 1998 Nike World Masters Championship. I have taken up bicycling as a new passion — mountain and road biking.
