Commentary:

It is an honor to be recognized and remembered for the time and energy you put into sports.

The PIL was a very competitive league growing up. It was the place to prove who was the best in the city, as well as the state. I appreciate my father for the introduction to team sports and for his discipline. I am forever grateful to my coaches and mentors who pushed me to work hard and compete at a high level. I am thankful for all the opposing players, teams and coaches who forced me to identify and improve my weaknesses. All of the lessons I’ve learned through the years, I continue to apply them every day. Whether that be in business, mentoring as well as parenthood. Sports is life! And I’m just so thankful it has been a part of my journey!
