Commentary:
Athletics played a huge role in my life. It taught me sportsmanship and discipline, not just in sports, but in real life also. I know that God, Jesus, family, parents, and some friends were huge influences as well. Also, some of my teachers and coaches, such as Bill Franzke, Bill Wiitala, Warren Bolin, Jim Webb, Roger Clark, Gary Walls, Bob Doan, and Don Gassaway, etc.,etc…. I just want to say “thank you” to all of the above mentioned and not mentioned for all of your support and encouragement, for I am truly honored to be a member of the PIL Hall of Fame.
