Commentary:

As far back as I can remember, since “kick and chase” soccer, the drive to win and competitive nature that existed even then has fueled my athletic career and passion for health and fitness. I am extremely fortunate to have parents who put education and athletics first, and who reinforced the endless life lessons that come alongside athletics. To that, I say, thank you Mom and Dad!

I owe a great deal of my athletic success to my father, John Teuscher, who not only coached me and my siblings, but countless other student athletes over the past four-plus decades. He challenged me when I needed to be and always allowed for an opportunity to play and participate in sports year-round.

Being a part of PIL championship teams and playing in three state tournaments my senior year at Roosevelt is my proudest athletic achievement. It proved that if you are willing to put in the effort, work hard, and you have enough like-minded teammates, you might just surprise everybody on what you can accomplish together!
It is a great personal honor to be a member of the PIL HOF from Roosevelt High School. Thank you to the board for my inclusion, and thank you to all the coaches, teammates, parents, and even the opponents I met along the way.
Go Rough Riders!
